Overview Registered Nurse – Case Management (Travel) in Saint Helena, CA, starting 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn $2,292 to $2,357 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 5x8-hour days. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,292–$2,357 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8-hour days (day shift) Start date: 09/14/2026 Setting: home health and hospice travel assignment EPIC experience required Responsibilities Plan, organize and direct home care services to meet patients’ needs in their homes; manage a patient caseload effectively. Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments; document patient status, response to treatment, and plan of care. Provide direct and/or indirect skilled nursing care within the plan of care; counsel and educate patient and family on nursing and related needs. Update nursing plans, medication profiles, and documentation promptly; ensure timely submission of all records per policy. Coordinate patient care with other disciplines; incorporate input from the care team and adjust the plan of care as goals are clarified. Communicate changes to goals or status with the patient and family, and serve as a resource to patients, families, and other care team members. Requirements Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California) required Certifications: CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) required Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the field Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Additional requirements: Must have EPIC experience; valid Driver’s License and must be at least 21 years old; current automobile insurance and a reliable automobile; ability to work in a home health environment Benefits and Support Mileage reimbursement 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated on-assignment support 13-week contract with potential extension opportunities Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
