Monitor patient status, document changes, and communicate with the interprofessional team; elevate as needed. Ensure compliance with standards of care, policies, and patient safety within the outpatient setting. Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in California. Outpatient/ambulatory care experience preferred. Ability to work daytime, 10-hour shifts with 40 hours per week; travel assignment readiness.
