Commercial Counsel Position

Join ElevenLabs as a Commercial Counsel and support complex commercial transactions across Europe in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. You'll provide practical, business-oriented legal advice while navigating diverse legal and regulatory frameworks related to SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements focused on GTM/Sales transactions in EMEA.
Partner with sales and operations teams to implement strategies for high-growth initiatives.
Monitor and interpret European legal developments, applying this knowledge to contract drafting.
Develop and localize contract templates and policies to reflect regional requirements.
Provide clear and commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Law degree and qualification to practice in a relevant EMEA jurisdiction.
5+ years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, data protection, and intellectual property.
Experience in privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
