Overview
Registered Nurse - ER travel assignment in Saint Helena, California. Start date 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,879 to $2,009 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct, coordinated nursing care for ER patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient responses.
- Administer medications, monitor for adverse effects, manage IV therapy, and interpret diagnostic results.
- Triage incoming patients, respond to rapid changes in patient condition, and implement stabilization measures as needed.
- Supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff levels, coordinate care with physicians, techs, and other disciplines.
- Document care accurately, communicate effectively during handoffs, and maintain patient safety and quality of care.

Requirements
- Active RN license (California) or eligibility to obtain licensure for practice in the assignment state.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS as required by department.
- ER nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced ER environment and maintain high patient-centered care standards.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen and meet credentialing requirements.
