Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, applying therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific issues faced by individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers, to coordinate holistic care and enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health records system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably within a community health or behavioral health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
