Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.

Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies. 1 year of experience working in the digital media space, and demonstrated campaign management experience using the Google Ads platform. Knowledge of Google advertising products across Search, Apps, Youtube, and Display. Understanding of Google's Ads products, sales teams, or service operations, as well as the relevant customer and engaged landscapes.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $88000 - $125000 (USD) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies. Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate excellent value to customers, maintaining account hygiene. Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google's advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals. Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives. Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
