We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a team in Bedford, Ohio on a Contract basis for a short-term assignment. This position supports high-volume invoice processing tied to a major customer account and requires someone who can work accurately in a fast-paced, repetitive workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating computer systems, handling detailed data entry, and staying organized while managing a steady stream of transactions.

Responsibilities:
• Process a large monthly volume of invoices with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
• Retrieve order and shipment information from online sources, print supporting documents, and enter invoice details into the company system.
• Complete each transaction through a structured multi-step invoicing workflow from document collection through final invoice preparation.
• Verify account coding and payment details to help ensure invoices are routed and recorded correctly.
• Support drop ship-related invoicing activities connected to supplier shipments and customer orders.
• Use OnCor and Excel to maintain records, update transaction data, and assist with invoice tracking.
• Help manage ACH and check payment preparation as needed within established procedures.
• Maintain careful attention to detail in a repetitive processing environment where accuracy is critical to customer support.
