Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive outpatient mental health services, including diagnostic examinations and various therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations utilizing the latest DSM guidelines to assess client needs effectively.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists to create thorough treatment plans that address the urgency and complexity of client cases.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on areas such as crisis intervention, stress management, and skills training.

• Manage the documentation of therapy sessions, including care coordination and connecting with stakeholders when necessary to ensure comprehensive client support.

• Maintain high clinical standards by staying updated with best practices, participating in team meetings, and engaging in quality management initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT in our organization, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families affected by mental health issues and co-occurring disorders. Our patients benefit from an integrated healthcare approach that considers cultural, social, and familial dynamics. You will have the opportunity to be involved in Intensive Outpatient Programs for those needing intensified support.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of New York or equivalent licensure.

• A master’s level degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and maintaining electronic health records efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
