Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families, gathering comprehensive background information to determine suitability for various therapeutic approaches.

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans that focus on skill-building, resilience, and effective coping mechanisms, tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Create crisis, safety, and wellness plans that provide structured support for clients experiencing emotional distress, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.

Qualifications\n
