Primary Responsibilities Support the Director of Sales with day-to-day sales coordination and client communication Conduct outreach to commercial real estate firms, developers, architects, designers, and industry professionals Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners Identify opportunities to place furnishings within commercial, hospitality, and residential projects Assist in growing showroom visibility within the Austin design and commercial markets Coordinate and schedule showroom visits, meetings, and presentations Maintain timely follow‑up with leads, prospects, and existing clients Assist with maintaining CRM records, prospect lists, and outreach tracking Attend networking events, happy hours, and industry gatherings as needed Maintain organization of fabric samples, finish samples, and vendor materials Ensure showroom remains visually elevated, organized, and presentation‑ready Assist with inventory management and sample requests Direct clients to appropriate showroom staff and resources as needed Maintain timely communication and information sharing with direct supervisor and office Assist with special tasks and projects, as assigned Required Skills / Knowledge Strong interest in interiors, commercial design, and relationship‑driven sales Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Comfortable networking and communicating professionally with clients and industry partners A self‑starter, able to take direction and deliver results with accuracy, attention to detail, and follow‑through Demonstrate strong customer service skills and professionalism Demonstrate organizational skills required to plan and prioritize duties, tasks, and workload accordingly Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, design‑focused environment Demonstrate initiative in problem‑solving and sound judgment in decision‑making Proficient with Netsuite, Excel, CRM systems, and general business communication platforms Qualification Bachelor’s Degree and or relevant experience Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, luxury retail, or the design industry preferred If you are interested in this position and meet the above requirements and qualifications, we welcome your application.
