In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.The Transformation Lead turns the Specialty Care GBU’s transformation priorities into delivered change across its franchises and functions. Sitting within the Strategy & Operations team, you will lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives, spanning digital and AI-enabled ways of working through to operational excellence, and carry them from design to adoption and measurable impact.Reporting to the Global Head of Strategy & Operations, Specialty Care GBU, this is a senior individual leadership role.
