Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns effectively, using structured interview techniques and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Provide ongoing telehealth counseling services through secure online platforms, ensuring a compassionate and confidential space for clients.

• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions, workshops, and supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Common issues include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. A sign-on bonus may also be available for qualified candidates.
