Groundskeeper: Outdoor Maintenance & Community Care

Greystar is seeking a Groundskeeper at Ascend at McKinney North in McKinney, TX. The role ensures the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal are well-maintained and supports the service team with daily tasks. Essential duties include cleaning common areas, assisting with make-ready processes, maintaining locks and pool gates, and communicating hazards to supervisors.
