Overview Business Development Manager - EPC Electrical Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Location: On-Site / In-Office Performance Bonus: Yes About Us We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint in the healthcare sector. We are a leading electrical contracting firm with a strong focus on healthcare infrastructure. Position Summary As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare clients, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential healthcare clients and project opportunities. Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies to engage prospects. Support proposal development, presentations, and client communications. Maintain CRM records and track business development activities. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Collaborate with estimating, project management, and marketing teams. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the healthcare construction space. Qualifications Must have minimum of 3+ years' experience in construction estimating, supervision, and/or project management. Background in healthcare infrastructure and electrical contracting. Field or project management experience specifically within the electrical contracting industry, with a strong background in healthcare construction projects.
