Financial Analyst

The Brixton Group, Inc.

Duration: 6+months
Location: On-site 3-4 days/week in Laurel, MD

Review all customer pricing, markets, and nationals for margin growth and opportunities. Oversees the setup and maintenance of all Corporate Multi-Unit (CMU) and Local contract bids and order guides. Analyzes identify and propose actions to both purchasing and sales departments to ensure compliance with the Corporate Multi-Unit (CMU) business and grow margin/profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain item-level pricing strategies.
Manage CMU and local contract bids, pricing, and order guides.
Review customer pricing and daily margin reports to maximize profitability.
Analyze market trends and recommend pricing adjustments.
Evaluate bids for pricing accuracy and gross profit.
Identify margin improvement opportunities and partner with Purchasing and Sales.
Create reports and support pricing analysis projects.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of pricing, margin analysis, or related experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
