Job Title: BCBA – In-Person Assessment Specialist (Virginia)
Compensation: $110/hour (assessment time) + $25/hour (travel time)
Location: Virginia (in-person required)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct in-person initial assessments for clients in Virginia
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans
Complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and state regulations
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment plans
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to travel to client locations
Reliable transportation
Compensation & Perks:
$110/hour for assessment time
$25/hour for travel time
