Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Step-Down unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage cardiac and telemetry patients, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float between PCU units as needed based on staffing and patient census
• Complete all required facility learning modules and maintain compliance with unit-specific protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license for residency verification; Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in Cardiac and/or Telemetry settings
• Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations
