PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Answer and service inbound calls from existing retail accounts.

· Order processing with accuracy and efficiency.

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

· Learn and maintain current brand, product, and industry knowledge.

· Work well in a team environment, sharing a common goal.

· General customer service duties.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to multi-task, managing time effectively and results oriented.

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

· Ability to interact with customers over the phone and email.

EXPERIENCE

Customer service, phones, inside sales or retail jewelry experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
