Before becoming an agent, I spent five years working in State Farm Claims, where I gained valuable experience helping customers through difficult situations. I'm a University of Alabama graduate, grew up in South Alabama, and have always been passionate about serving my local community. Giving back is an important part of who I am. I'm actively involved with the Rotary and several local civic clubs, and I enjoy building strong relationships throughout the community. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
