Job Title : Associate Contracts Manager/Paralegal
Location : South San Francisco, CA 94080 - Hybrid (three days a week on-site, two remote)
Duration : 07/26/2026 to 01/26/2027
Working Days and Hours : Monday through Friday (8 hour shifts)
Interview Format : Two Rounds (1 - Hiring Manager; 2 - Next Level Manager - 45 minutes - virtual) Must-Have Qualifications
* 2-4 years of relevant experience in pharma, biotech
* Legal education or direct legal/contracts experience
* Experience specifically managing Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs)#TechRV

* 2-4 years of relevant experience in pharma, biotech
* Legal education or direct legal/contracts experience
* Experience specifically managing Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs)#TechRV
