Meaningful Work: Help seniors in our community live their best lives Competitive Pay: $Starting salary $28.00 - $30.00/hour | credit for experience Flexible Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 am - 5 pm, with flexibility for evening and weekend activities Supportive Team: We don't just focus on wellness with our residents; your wellness is also our priority What You'll Do: Use your expertise in senior activity programming to develop and implement activities that motivate and engage the senior population and improve quality of life Effectively lead and collaborate with other team members to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring all aspects of the activity program are executed efficiently with high attention to detail Demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments, multitask, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail What you will need: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
