Customer Service Rep

Our client, a leading organization in human resources services, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be an essential part of the HR Services department supporting various HR-related functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep remote

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm CT or 8:30am - 5:00pm CT

What's the Job?

• Provide customer service consultation and support on HR-related topics to employees, retirees, and external inquiries.

• Handle and resolve a variety of requests related to employee benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and other HR functions.

• Manage a workload of phone, chat, or case inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and escalate cases when necessary to ensure consistent service delivery.

• Meet key performance indicators such as Customer Satisfaction, First Contact Resolution, and productivity metrics.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or benefits support, including customer service roles.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make independent decisions.

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and HR software; previous Workday experience is a plus.
