Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients entering the detox program, utilizing tools and methodologies aligned with best practices in mental health and substance use treatment.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) aimed at supporting clients and their families through the detox process.
\n
• Monitor client progress and outcomes, engaging with team members to collectively refine treatment plans and goals based on ongoing assessments.

• Offer emotional and social support to families during treatment, equipping them with skills and strategies that enhance their loved one's recovery journey.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standard of ethics and care in all interactions.

• Utilize a coaching model to promote natural learning environments, fostering positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families.

• Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as needed, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
