Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance from the outset.

• Obtain and analyze detailed patient histories, ensuring that all relevant information enhances the treatment process.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing your specialized knowledge in various treatment modalities to address diverse client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with relationship challenges, life transitions, and mental health issues. Your expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as structural family therapy, communication therapy, or narrative therapy, will allow you to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral science field is required.

• Must possess a current Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) license.

• Certification in one or more therapeutic modalities is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience with demonstrated success in therapeutic practices.

• Bilingual communication skills are a plus, enabling effective outreach to a broader community.

Compensation and Benefits\n
