Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete therapeutic needs for an assigned group of patients, in coordination with physicians and the patient care team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and contribute to developing and implementing individualized care plans that emphasize goal achievement and patient engagement.
• Administer or oversee treatment interventions, providing guidance and support for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Evaluate and document patients' progress, adjusting therapy strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Help patients and their families understand diagnosed conditions and create a supportive environment for recovery by instructing them on effective exercise routines and the proper use of therapeutic devices.
• Coordinate daily staffing needs and manage your caseload to optimize delivery of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse patient population ranging from children to adults who require physical rehabilitation due to injuries, surgical recovery, or chronic conditions. Your role as a Physical Therapist is essential in facilitating their recovery process, enabling them to regain independence and improve their quality of life. Qualifications

• Current valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience is necessary; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

While previous clinical experience is not required, familiarity with contemporary rehabilitation techniques and knowledge of patient management best practices will be advantageous. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems to document patient care is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and educational background.
