Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their physical conditions and symptoms, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and create tailored treatment plans aimed at maximizing each patient's potential for recovery and functional independence.
• Teach patients effective therapeutic exercise techniques, ensuring they gain the skills necessary to safely perform exercises at home.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, such as stimulation or massage, to promote healing and alleviate discomfort.
• Guide patients in the proper use of mobility equipment like wheelchairs or walkers, facilitating their transition back to daily activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment progress and adjusting goals as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Provide education and advice to patients and their families regarding in-home therapy options and exercise regimens tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
