Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Remote)

Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Stryker supporting full-cycle recruiting for exempt-level corporate roles, primarily in marketing functions across North America. The role involves managing 10-20+ active requisitions, partnering with hiring managers, and using recruiting tools in a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-20+ active requisitions and conduct full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, and offer management
• Conduct structured phone screens to assess candidate experience, functional skills, and role alignment
• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to support hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, define candidate profiles, and provide market insights on compensation and timelines
• Track recruiting metrics such as requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion within Workday and HiredScore

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of work experience
• 2+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for exempt-level corporate roles in marketing or commercial functions
• Proficiency with Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Experience in medtech, healthcare, or regulated industries at mid-sized to large organizations

Compensation: $69,500–$144,200 USD annual (depending on location band)
