Development Operations Coordinator

To support fundraising initiatives, the full-time remote Development Operations Coordinator will manage data production for campaigns, collaborate with stakeholders on data needs, and maintain CRM systems for effective reporting and tracking. Key responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements for various fundraising campaigns, including direct mail and digital efforts Produce and quality-check campaign data files, ensuring proper setup in the CRM for tracking and reporting Collaborate on process documentation and maintain a report library for historical and real-time data access Required qualifications 3 years of experience in direct marketing data file production, with at least 2 years in digital direct marketing Experience with data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting, preferably in a marketing environment Proven skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and standardization Familiarity with nonprofit CRMs and fundraising concepts, ideally EveryAction Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools; ability to write SQL queries is a plus
