Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights on complex cases and collaborating on individualized care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client will significantly influence their healing journey and overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution, showcasing a robust foundational knowledge in therapeutic techniques.

• Hold an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in Pennsylvania recognized by the state’s Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting, with a proven ability to assess and treat various mental health disorders.

• Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals (AHA BLS Healthcare) is required.

• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in therapy for individuals, couples, and families, along with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

• Possess advanced knowledge of ethical guidelines, confidentiality protocols, and HIPAA regulations to protect client information.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
