The position is responsible for receiving, reviewing, processing, and coordinating loan functions, while performing a broad range of tasks.
Duties include but are not limited to coordinating and processing loan closings, ensuring each loan is promptly prepared, processed, approved, and disbursed. Assist in servicing loans particularly escrow disbursements, and insurance tracking, while ensuring that lending operations are conducted in accordance with established policies, and procedures. Responsible for maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with department personnel and management. Perform other duties as required or assigned.
You would be expected to maintain positive and productive relationships with co-workers and lend support as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve internal inquiries in a timely accurate manner. Must be meticulous, professional, businesslike, and maintain a proactive approach toward solving issues, while absorbing new tasks with enthusiasm.
