Customer Onboarding & Operations Lead

Anatomy is building the financial operating system for healthcare. We are seeking a highly organized Customer Operations Specialist to own onboarding, implementation, and day-to-day support, and to coordinate across teams for a seamless customer experience. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely, clear communication to customers throughout the lifecycle.
