Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as an essential liaison between families, outpatient providers, and the school, facilitating effective communication and collaborative care strategies.

• Engage with insurance companies to coordinate pre-certification and utilization management processes, ensuring students receive the necessary resources and support.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare development, tailoring the follow-up care to the unique needs of each student.

• Provide therapeutic meal support during structured meal times, modeling healthy relationship dynamics with food while fostering a safe environment for dialogue around nutrition.

• Deliver compassionate, affirming care that respects and addresses the intersecting identities and backgrounds of each client, ensuring culturally competent and individualized treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
