This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while remaining fully integrated into a supportive professional ecosystem. Our full-time work schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a vital liaison with families and outpatient providers, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care throughout the treatment process.

• Engage with insurance companies regarding pre-certification and utilization management to facilitate client access to necessary services.

• Proactively participate in discharge and aftercare planning, helping clients transition smoothly from the treatment facility to their home environment.

• Support clients during therapeutic meal times, modeling positive and healthy relationships with food, which is essential for their overall recovery.

• Provide safe, empathetic, and affirming support tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, recognizing the significance of their intersecting identities and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Atlantic Academy, RTC, you will work predominantly with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including those in need of detoxification support. The population includes diverse age groups, with particular attention to older adults, requiring culturally competent approaches to care. Your role will be critical in addressing the unique vulnerabilities and strengths present within this demographic, ensuring inclusive and affirming treatment practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
