Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and manage utilization effectively.

• Participate in discharge planning and aftercare coordination to transition clients successfully from treatment.

• Deliver therapeutic meal support, promoting healthy eating habits while modeling a positive relationship with food.

• Provide individualized, empathetic, and affirming treatment, considering clients' diverse backgrounds and intersecting identities.

• Utilize clinical assessment tools and methodologies to develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida is required.
