Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager

Looking for a talented Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, hip, high-volume restaurant. This is a growth-oriented company that offers a solid benefits package and takes great care of its managers.

Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager Benefits / Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily kitchen operations of a cool, fast-paced casual dining restaurant.
Lead and develop a team with a hands-on approach.
Manage all BOH cost areas, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, etc.
Collaborate with the FOH team and company leadership.
Competitive starting salary of around 60K to 70K
Quarterly bonus

Executive Chef /Kitchen Manager Requirements:

The ability to thrive in a high volume ($3 million) kitchen environment.
Minimum of 2+ years of kitchen management experience
Ability to manage all BOH cost areas / inventory / ordering/ scheduling / labor cost.
The ability to have fun at work and make work fun!!
