As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth by building and expanding strong customer relationships within the plumbing industry. You’ll work independently in the field while staying closely connected to a supportive, high‑performing team committed to delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Your Background Minimum 2–3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in plumbing, building products, construction, commercial, or a related trade. Proven success in achieving sales targets, growing accounts, and driving revenue within a defined territory. Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a consultative, solution‑focused approach. Valid Driver’s License. Physical and Mental Requirements Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified. Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods. Operation of Office Equipment – Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment. Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition. Written Communication Skills – Writing, Reading and Written Comprehension, and Written Expression.
