Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide vital mental health services from the comfort of your own home. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to professional growth and development, with scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. The use of telehealth technology allows for flexibility in scheduling while maintaining high-quality, personalized care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through telehealth sessions, ensuring collaborative treatment planning.

• Provide both telehealth and, where appropriate, in-person behavioral health services to individual clients and groups, adapting to varying needs and situations.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment provided using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Deliver services that are culturally sensitive, recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds, identities, and values of all clients.
\n
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, fostering teamwork and mutual respect.
\n
• Write detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports as necessary to ensure comprehensive documentation of client care and treatment progress.
\n
• Participate in crisis interventions when required, providing immediate support to clients in distress and effectively connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health practices, applying new knowledge to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted current license to practice as an LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Proficient organizational skills and the capability to manage a calendar with ongoing client appointments efficiently.

• Ability to produce thorough and timely progress notes following client sessions, ensuring streamlined and effective documentation.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, preferably providing telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
