We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Ocean Grove Post Acute in Millsboro, Delaware. As a Medical Records Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and confidential records for our residents. Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing residents' records, ensuring they are coded, stored, completed correctly, and maintained in a confidential manner
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Prior experience in a skilled nursing home is a PLUS!
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
