Established in 1976, COE Press Equipment designs and manufactures a complete line of premiere coil handling and servo roll feed equipment from stand-alone roll feeds, straighteners, reels, cradles and air feeds to complete integrated feed lines and cut-to-length systems.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Love to get their hands dirty, be known as a "gearhead"
- Establish a process for activities that lead to the implementation of systems, procedures, or outcomes; understand the needs of a situation and establish effective action plans. You enjoy bringing order to complexity, staying organized, and ensuring that important details don't fall through the cracks.

- Prioritize and complete tasks in order to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames. You naturally take ownership of your workload, manage multiple priorities effectively, and consistently follow through until work is completed.
The Service Coordinator Will:
- Coordinate the administrative activities that keep the Service Department operating efficiently, including service reports, customer documentation, billing support, installation paperwork, technician support, and departmental communications.
- Manage installation and service documentation, customer follow-up, warranty administration, and parts and service quote tracking to ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish.
- Maintain department systems and reporting, including Fluix inspection reporting, COESCO documentation, the Service Scorecard, EOS meeting preparation, and other operational processes that support the success of the Service Department.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of administrative, customer service, or office coordination experience in a manufacturing, industrial service, or technical environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, field service technicians, and internal departments.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, electronic documentation systems, or service management software is preferred.
- Experience supporting a field service organization, processing purchase orders, warranties, or technical documentation is preferred.
- Ability to interact with internal employees and customers at all levels of internal and customer organizations
