Chief Financial Officer

We’ve partnered with a well-established manufacturer that’s seeking an energetic Chief Financial Officer who will work side by side as a partner to the CEO to further build this high-growth business. The ideal candidate will have on hands on, roll-up their sleeves and get it done mentality, values people, and can build a culture of engagement and communication.

The CFO will direct and oversee the financial activities of the corporation, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Serve as key member of the senior management team, partnering with the CEO in growing the business
• Lead annual budget and multi-year forecasting processes
• Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, tax, treasury, etc
• Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets
• Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods
• Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination
• Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas
• Lead and build out the finance team to support the company’s growth

Required Experience & Skills

• Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
