Located in Rapid City, South Dakota, the Rehabilitation and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills is equipped with 36 inpatient medical rehabilitation beds and 18 long-term acute care beds. As a new cornerstone of specialized care in the region, our hospital uniquely combines two levels of care under one roof. This integrated approach allows us to offer comprehensive care solutions for patients who've suffered a range of debilitating injuries, illnesses, surgeries, and chronic medical conditions. At the Rehabilitation and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills, we are dedicated to delivering advanced treatments and compassionate care to help our patients recover and regain their independence.Responsibilities include:Developing a marketing strategySupervising the marketing and strategy teamClient account management within assigned hospital(s)Building and maintaining inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissionsManaging marketing and strategy team, including recruitment, team development, and retentionFacilitating business growth by working with clients and business partnersDriving prospects, identifying new customers and markets, developing approaches to the market, and proposal preparationRequired Skills:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field requiredMinimum five (5) years of experience in marketing/leadership in a healthcare environmentSupervisory/leadership experience requiredCurrent, valid, and active driver's license requiredAbility to travel using publicly available air and ground transportationAdditional Qualifications/Skills:Master's Degree preferredAbility to effectively manage a teamAbility to compute statistics, analyze referral trends, and develop budget/marketing plansExhibits a sense of urgency for goal achievement and ability to redirect marketing efforts to meet such goalsResults-focused, innovative and creative problem-solver with the ability to engage commitment from othersAbility to communicate effectively (written and verbally); influences and stimulates others to action with directive leadership skills to ensure business results are achievedAbility to project a professional imageKnowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirementsStrong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skillsAbility to make independent decisions when circumstances warrantWorking knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functionsFreedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplaceAt Vibra Healthcare, employees are our priority.
