Job Opportunity: Full-Time Primary Care Physicians

Our organization is seeking two dedicated Primary Care Physicians to join our team in Eastern Kansas. Positions are available at our facilities in Topeka, KS, and Junction City, KS. • Salary: Ranges from $250,000 to $315,000 annually.
• Recruitment/Relocation Incentive: Up to 25% for highly qualified candidates.
• Pay Structure: Competitive salary with annual performance bonuses and regular salary increases.
• Paid Time Off: 50-55 days per year, including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid federal holidays, and a possible 5-day paid absence for continuing medical education (CME).
• Retirement Benefits: Traditional federal pension with a 5-year vesting period and a federal 401K plan with contributions of up to 5% from the organization.
• Insurance Coverage: Comprehensive federal health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care insurance options (many can be carried into retirement).
• Licensure: Must possess one full and unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state or territory.
• CME Reimbursement: Up to $1,000 per year available for full-time physicians with board certification.
• Malpractice Coverage: Liability protection with tail coverage included.
• Contractual Terms: No employment contract required, and minimal restrictions on moonlighting.
