The Financial Assistant will work closely with the Director of Finance. Handle the general ledger, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and process online giving. Process daily deposits and accounts payable as needed. Perform all required data entry functions. Process PayPal, stock gifts, mutual fund gifts, IRA transactions, and grants. Maintain tax exemption certificates and assist with the annual audit.
Bachelor's degree preferred! Experience in accounting, budgeting, financial management, financial analysis, and forecasting. Analytical skills and proven experience with automated accounting and financial tools - Excel, Word, accounting software, and online banking are a plus!
Normal Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 - 5, Friday 8-12 noon. Criminal/Drug Testing.
