Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) that align with clients' preferences.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and protection of clients' personal information.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to coordinate care and enhance patient recovery.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing clinical practice and improving service delivery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options, providing resources and referrals as necessary to empower them in their care journey.
