Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Optima, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples and families, addressing various issues that may affect their mental health and relationships.

• Providing individual therapy for clients, focusing on their personal challenges and goals.

• Specializing in a range of topics such as marital conflict, communication difficulties, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and adjustment issues following separation or divorce.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilizing telehealth technology to facilitate convenient therapy sessions while maintaining clinical quality.

• Regularly documenting progress and maintaining up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participating in professional development and training activities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and children. Your focus will primarily be on individuals and families dealing with:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
