Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Providing therapy to both couples together, as well as individual sessions, to address relationship dynamics and individual concerns.
\n
• Applying evidenced-based therapeutic approaches and methodologies tailored to the needs of patients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Systems Theory.

• Effectively managing cases involving various issues such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and more.
\n
• Facilitating conflict resolution among family members and improving communication within families.
\n
• Regularly documenting progress notes and treatment outcomes in accordance with best practices for quality assurance.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists of diverse individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges including blended family dynamics, separation and divorce, and parenting conflicts. You will play a crucial role in helping clients overcome barriers to achieving a healthy and fulfilling family structure. With the opportunity to work with adults as well as children and adolescents, LMFTs are key to promoting understanding and healing among family members across various stages of life.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of clients while maintaining empathetic and effective communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy in a community health setting or similar environment preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
