Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients in various therapeutic modalities, including individual and couple counseling. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the varied needs of clients.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, and addressing interpersonal conflicts while also working with individuals to ensure a comprehensive therapeutic experience.

• Specializing in a wide range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and emotional stress stemming from medical issues.

• Staying informed on best practices in therapy and maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Regularly documenting sessions and tracking progress to ensure a high standard of care is maintained.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include adults, as well as children and adolescents experiencing various challenges. You will provide support to families navigating complex issues including blended family dynamics, job stress, as well as the effects of separation and divorce. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Radiant Path Wellness & Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually.
