Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic sessions to individuals, couples, and families. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating both individual and couples sessions to address various relational and personal issues.
\n
• Specializing in interventions for a range of issues, such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and family conflicts.

• Helping clients manage emotional stress related to job-related issues, medical concerns, and life transitions.
\n
• Providing guidance and strategies for blended families, separation, and divorce adjustments.

• Offering practical advice to improve communication and relationships among family members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a wide demographic, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will cater to various needs, whether helping a couple navigate the complexities of marriage, supporting a family dealing with conflict, or working with children facing emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active license in California.
