Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, assessing each client's needs through in-depth evaluations and treatment planning.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse challenges.

• Family conflicts and sibling disputes.

• Grief and loss counseling.
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Psychological and emotional distress arising from job stress and medical concerns.

• Communication difficulties and mother/daughter conflicts.

• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on measurable outcomes and ongoing evaluations.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records to ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Participating in regular team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to continually enhance clinical skills.
