Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use needs of clients, adapting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, assisting clients in immediate distress, and developing action plans to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

• Implement evidence-based practices throughout the therapeutic process, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, encouraging peer support dynamics that foster a sense of community and accountability.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be clients experiencing addiction and related psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
